Inspectors found staff understood how to safeguard people and managed risks well through clear care plans. People and relatives spoke warmly of the kind, attentive staff, feeling respected, listened to and involved in decisions about their daily care. Person-centred support and regular feedback systems were noted as particular strengths of the service.
