Victoria Cottage

Victoria Cottage supports up to 12 people with personal care in a residential setting. At the time of inspection, 11 residents lived in the home, each with their own bedroom and access to either en-suite or shared bathrooms. The home features two lounges, a dining room and a garden for shared use.

The home had implemented thorough visiting arrangements aligned with government guidance. Visitors pre-booked appointments with the registered manager to monitor capacity, and all guests were screened appropriately including providing evidence of negative lateral flow tests, completing COVID-19 questionnaires and having their temperatures checked.
