Hepworth House

Hepworth House is a small, three-floor residential care home providing accommodation for older people, including those living with dementia, sensory impairments, or physical disabilities who require nursing or personal care.

During inspection, inspectors found that people were not always kept safe due to environmental and infection control issues, though these were rectified immediately once identified. The premises were not designed to support people living with dementia, lacking signage or decorations to help residents orientate themselves within their environment.
