Hepworth House is a residential care home supporting older people, including those living with dementia and physical disabilities. Following a previous inspection that found breaches around safe care, safeguarding, person-centred care and governance, the CQC found enough improvement had been made for the service to come out of special measures, with an overall rating of Good.

Inspectors found people were protected from abuse, the environment was safe and clean, and staffing levels were sufficient. Care plans reflected individual needs and preferences, and staff worked well with outside health professionals. Relatives described staff as kind and respectful, and people said they felt safe and involved in decisions about their care.
