Prospect House

Prospect House provides personal care to older people and people living with dementia, supporting up to 33 people. At the time of inspection, 31 people were using the service. People received timely care with sufficient staff on shift to meet their needs. People felt safe, with risks assessed and managed well. Medicines were handled safely and infection control systems were in place to protect residents.

People and their relatives reported satisfaction with the care provided. Staff knew the residents well and gave person-centred support. The home maintained safe practices to ensure residents' wellbeing and dignity.
