Prince Edward Duke of Kent Court provides personal and nursing care for up to 50 people in a residential setting, with some residents living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 40 people were living at the service.

The new manager, in post for six weeks, had already made significant changes to improve the culture and quality of care. People, their relatives and staff spoke positively about the manager's attitude and values. Staff demonstrated a clear understanding of the provider's vision and values, and treated residents with kindness, respect and compassion.
