Primrose House provides residential care with both personal and nursing support to younger adults and older people with mental health needs. The home accommodates up to two people across two separate flats, with two residents living there at the time of inspection. Staff had been recruited safely and understood how to protect people from harm, with sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs and ensure medicines were administered safely.

People's health and wellbeing were safeguarded through identified risks and mitigation plans. Assessments were completed before admission, with residents involved in planning their own care and support. People were supported to have maximum choice and control over their care arrangements.
