Stoke House

Stoke House provides care for up to 12 people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum disorder, with 11 residents at the time of inspection. The service operates across two buildings: one contains a self-contained flat for one individual, while the second comprises three communal lounges, a kitchen, dining room, individual bedrooms, and two shared bathrooms. A communal garden area is also available. Although the home is larger than current best practice guidance recommends, the building design integrates well into the residential area among similar-sized domestic homes, mitigating potential negative impacts on residents.
