Primrose Hill Farm

Primrose Hill Farm is a residential care home supporting 35 people with a learning disability and/or autism, with capacity for up to 39 residents. The service is divided into seven separate houses with office buildings on the grounds, allowing for smaller community-style living arrangements. Staff provide personal care tailored to residents' individual needs and support their independence, dignity, and access to local communities.
