Prideaux Manor

Prideaux Manor provides personal and nursing care for up to 27 older people and those living with dementia. At inspection, 15 people were using the service. The home had experienced multiple changes in management and staffing that affected consistency and staff morale. However, staff were positive about the current management team. Although there is currently no registered manager, the provider is directly involved in day-to-day operations and is working with staff to embed a person-centred approach to care.

The service needs to improve aspects of record keeping to ensure staff are accurately documenting care and support provided to residents.
