Inspectors found person-centred, safe care, with risks identified and managed well. Some medicine record-keeping issues were noted, including gaps in storage temperature logs, but these were addressed promptly. Staff were well recruited, trained and supported, and people and relatives spoke positively about feeling safe and cared for under an experienced, well-organised registered manager.
