Poplars

Poplars is a care home providing personal care to 12 adults aged 18 and over. The service supports people with learning disabilities and/or autism, focusing on person-centred care that emphasises control, choice, and independence. Support is planned and coordinated to help people live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

The home is designed to enable residents to achieve the best possible outcomes within a supportive environment that promotes inclusion and enables people to live as full a life as possible.
