Inspectors found continued breaches relating to safe management of medicines and good governance, with weak oversight, incomplete records and risks not always properly monitored or mitigated.

On a more positive note, the home was clean, infection control was good, and staffing levels had improved since the last assessment. Staff were found to be kind and respectful, seeking consent and supporting people's independence, though opportunities for meaningful activities were limited.
