Roberttown Care Home Limited provides personal care for people, some of whom are living with dementia. Following a follow up assessment, the CQC found the service still requires improvement, with breaches of legal regulations relating to safe care and treatment and good governance. Care plans and risk assessments were often inaccurate or incomplete, medicines management needed improvement, and safeguarding concerns were not always properly reported or reviewed.

Inspectors found staff were kind and respectful, and some progress had been made since the last assessment, including a manager now in post. However, staffing levels, night time care and record keeping remained areas of concern, and some families felt communication about care plans was lacking.
