The Conkers

The Conkers provides accommodation and personal care for people with learning disabilities and complex health needs in a one-storey, purpose-built home with a garden. Seven people were living at the service during inspection.

The home supported residents to stay safe from COVID-19, providing reassurance about visiting regimes and vaccinations through pictorial information and easy-read guides tailored to their understanding. Staff received regular updates about information and guidance through various communication methods to stay current with best practices.
