Ponteland Manor Care Home

Ponteland Manor Care Home provides nursing care and accommodation for up to 52 people, with 47 residents at the time of inspection. Some residents have dementia-related conditions, and accommodation across two floors has been adapted to meet their needs. The home has strengthened its infection prevention and control procedures, with a designated infection control champion on staff and regular reviews of government guidance. Indoor visits from relatives and friends are arranged for residents.

The registered manager leads the service in an open and transparent way, with effective governance systems to monitor quality.
