Plane Tree Court

Plane Tree Court is a residential home providing nursing and personal care for up to 66 people, including those living with dementia and physical disabilities. At the time of the assessment, 50 people were using the service. The CQC rated the home Good overall.

Inspectors found staff were kind, respectful and knew people well, and people spoke positively about their care. However, medicines were not always managed safely, some care plans lacked person-centred detail, and communication was occasionally affected where English was not a staff member's first language. The provider took prompt action to address the concerns raised.
