Plane Tree Court

Plane Tree Court provides nursing and personal care to up to 66 people across three floors, supporting those with dementia and physical disabilities. At inspection, 56 people were using the service. Staff were recruited safely and safeguarding concerns were escalated and responded to appropriately. The home appeared clean throughout with regular cleaning of high-touch areas, and appropriate safety checks were in place.

However, medicines were not always stored in line with guidance and some protocols for when required medication were not up to date. Care plans were not always sufficiently personalised. Relatives reported that staff knew people well and understood how they liked to be supported, and positive feedback was received about the staff at the service. People had appropriate risk assessments in place.
