During inspection, inspectors found that people were not always supported by suitably deployed or robustly recruited staff. Safety concerns were identified, and the home's systems for learning from accidents and incidents needed strengthening. Medicines were safely stored and managed, though clinical management systems required improvement. The environment was clean and equipment checks and health and safety procedures were being completed.
