One unit specializes in residential care, another supports people living with dementia, and a third provides primarily nursing care. Shared facilities include a kitchen, laundry areas, and a secure outside garden.

People felt safe at the service, with their needs assessed and risks mitigated by staff. The home provided support tailored to residents' individual requirements and helped people maintain their independence where possible.
