Pinetrees provides care for up to four people with learning disabilities and autism. The home implements health and safety measures for visitors, including health screening questionnaires and temperature checks. Staff support residents to maintain important relationships through letter writing and regular telephone calls, with the manager maintaining weekly contact with family members to update them on their relatives' wellbeing.

The home has ordered a visiting pod to enable safe visits in line with current guidance. Staff wellbeing is prioritised through regular supervision sessions and access to a confidential helpline for advice and support. The manager has recognised staff efforts during challenging times with small gifts and tokens of appreciation.
