SENSE - 2 and 10 Grove Road

SENSE 2 and 10 Grove Road accommodates seven people with learning disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, plus an additional person using the service as respite. The home can house eight people in total.

The service is designed around personalization and choice for residents. During the inspection, inspectors observed evidence of tailored support for each individual, with care plans reflecting specific needs and preferences. Staff demonstrated knowledge of residents' communication methods and support requirements.

Residents and families expressed satisfaction with the care provided. The home maintained robust safeguarding practices and ensured residents had access to activities and community engagement suited to their needs. Staff training and support systems were in place to meet the complex needs of the residents living at the service.
