Swan Court

Swan Court provides personal and nursing care for up to eight people with learning disabilities, currently supporting five residents. The service operates from one adapted building where people have their own apartments alongside shared communal spaces.

Infection prevention procedures are in place, though there are some concerns around monitoring staff COVID-19 testing and how staff refusals to be tested are being managed. Staff recruitment follows safe practices and medicines are managed safely. Relatives report that they feel their loved ones are safe at the home.

Quality assurance checks exist but have not identified some concerns raised during the inspection.
