Keo Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 11 people with learning disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses across three floors, including two independent living flats. The service demonstrates strong infection control practices with clear processes to monitor vaccination status and testing for staff and residents. PPE stations are positioned throughout the building, and staff follow current government guidance when supporting people in isolation.

When residents tested positive for COVID-19, the provider responded quickly to isolate them immediately and arrange deep cleaning of affected areas. Risk assessments relating to COVID-19 are regularly reviewed to maintain accuracy and effectiveness.
