Pine Trees Care Centre

Pine Trees Care Centre provides personal care to 35 people, many of whom are living with dementia. Residents are primarily aged over 65 years, and the home operates on a single floor with communal areas including a dining space, lounge and conservatory.

People, relatives and staff spoke positively about the management team. Residents described the manager as approachable and said he "runs a good ship". Relatives praised both the manager and deputy for being approachable and listening to their concerns. Staff similarly found the manager approachable and helpful at all times.
