Penmeneth House

Penmeneth House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 15 older people, with nursing services arranged through the community nursing team. At the time of inspection, the service was at full capacity with 15 residents.

Residents and their relatives expressed strong satisfaction with their care. Comments included "The staff are very good people" and "All the staff are lovely and kind." People told inspectors they felt safe and happy at the service, and staff supported them at a relaxed pace in a comfortable environment.
