The home implemented comprehensive COVID-19 safety measures, including visitor appointment systems and PPE protocols in the lobby with hand sanitisation and temperature checks.

Regular testing was carried out for both residents and staff, with strict isolation procedures in place for anyone showing symptoms or testing positive. Most residents and staff had received their first coronavirus vaccination.
