Clayfield Care Home

Residents expressed satisfaction with their experience, with one person commenting, "It feels like home. I feel well looked after." Staff were observed to be kind and caring towards residents.

The home has addressed previous safety concerns identified at the last inspection. Specialist mattresses are now checked regularly to ensure they are set correctly for people's weight. Hot water temperatures are being monitored and recorded. All free-standing furniture has been secured to the walls to prevent it falling and causing injury.
