Greenfields

Greenfields provides personal care and support for up to five younger people with learning and physical disabilities. Run by Devon County Council, the service offers short breaks and day care, with stays ranging from one overnight to several weeks depending on individual needs and preferences. At the time of inspection, four people were using the service. The service aims to ensure people have respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence, with good access to local communities.
