Phoenix Park Care Village

Phoenix Park Care Village is a purpose-built facility on the outskirts of Scunthorpe providing care and accommodation for up to 146 people across three units. Hilltop predominantly serves older people, including those with nursing, dementia, mental health, or challenging behaviour needs, with 59 residents at the time of inspection. The ground floor accommodates a mixture of people, some with nursing needs, whilst the first floor serves those requiring nursing care. Overfields caters to younger adults with complex mental health needs, housing 34 residents during the inspection visit. The village also operates a third unit, Fairways, completing the range of care provision across the site.
