Holly Tree Lodge provides personal and nursing care to up to 40 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. During the inspection, people living at the home were happy and felt safe. They were encouraged to be independent in their daily living, with staff providing support tailored to their diverse needs. Medicines were administered as prescribed, with systems in place to ensure best practice guidelines were followed. Recruitment checks were carried out to ensure staff suitability for the role.
