Phoenix Care Centre provides personal care for up to 39 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 31 residents were living in the home. Staff had received training in infection prevention and control, including proper use of personal protective equipment.

The home maintained sufficient stocks of PPE including masks, gloves, aprons and visors. Residents, staff and visitors had access to clear information and guidance about the infection control measures in place at the centre.
