Pennine View is a care home providing personal care and support to adults, supporting 38 people at the time of assessment. The CQC rated the service Requires Improvement, having previously rated it Good. Some staff raised concerns about staffing levels, though the provider felt levels were suitable.

People and relatives spoke positively about staff, describing them as kind and caring, and privacy and dignity were respected. However, dietary needs were not always followed and care reviews were not always timely. Two breaches were identified relating to safe care and treatment and governance, and the provider has been asked for an action plan.
