Penhill Residential Home

Penhill Residential Home provides personal care to up to 19 people across two floors, with communal spaces including a lounge and conservatory. At the time of the inspection, 12 people were living at the service.

The home manages infection control procedures effectively, with staff having access to plenty of personal protective equipment and PPE trolleys available throughout the building. Staff confirmed they change their face masks between supporting people with personal care as part of their infection control practices.
