Pendleton Court Care Home

Pendleton Court provides residential care, general nursing, and dementia nursing for up to 58 people. At inspection, 50 residents were living at the home. Staffing levels varied across different floors, which on occasions left vulnerable people unsupervised. The home has been recommended to review staff deployment throughout the building. Staff recruitment follows safe procedures with all required documentation in place. Safeguarding issues are reported and escalated appropriately, with staff able to recognize and report concerns. Medicines are managed safely and staff have completed relevant training. Individual risks are assessed and monitored, and health and safety measures are in place to protect residents. Infection control and prevention measures are appropriate and effective.
