Pendleton Court Care Home

Pendleton Court Care Home provides residential, nursing and dementia nursing care for up to 58 people. The CQC found the service was performing well overall, rated Good, following an assessment prompted by concerns raised through its feedback service.

Inspectors found staff were kind, well trained and managed risks appropriately, with enough staffing and good use of audits to drive improvement. People and relatives spoke positively about care and communication, though medicines record keeping, including management of topical creams, was inconsistent and needed attention.
