Pendlebury Court Care Home

Pendlebury Court Care Home accommodates up to 39 older people across two floors with communal areas on each level. At inspection, 36 residents were living there. The service provides personal care and accommodation in a single adapted building.

Inspectors found that risks to residents' health and wellbeing were not always properly assessed to protect them from harm, and the home did not consistently learn from incidents to prevent recurrence. Whilst residents received their prescribed medicines, the provider did not always follow relevant guidelines for medicine storage. Staffing concerns were also identified, with people's needs not always being met by adequately trained staff members.
