Pembroke Lodge

Pembroke Lodge provides care, support and accommodation for up to 15 people with physical and mental health needs across two floors. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with 15 residents.

The registered manager demonstrated strong risk management, having identified and mitigated COVID-19 related risks affecting residents, staff and visitors. An effective monitoring system was in place to ensure the service followed government guidance and the provider's own policies consistently.
