During a focused inspection in January 2019, inspectors found that the provider had successfully addressed previous concerns identified in September 2018 regarding breaches of health and social care regulations. The improvements related to the provider's audit and monitoring systems, which had previously failed to identify shortfalls in service quality.

The service was assessed as meeting legal requirements across safety and leadership. Following these improvements, the overall rating was upgraded to 'Good'.
