Communal areas are on the ground floor while bedrooms are spread across three floors. The home appeared clean throughout, though inspectors found a cleaning product in an unlocked cupboard. The provider had not followed guidance regarding appropriate checks to maintain safety of the passenger lift. While some environmental improvements had been made, overall progress was slow and took significant time to implement. Staff recruitment processes were safe, though medicines were not always managed safely. Audits and management meetings did not consistently identify areas for improvement or drive necessary changes.
