Pathway House

Pathway House provides personal care for up to 12 autistic people or people with a learning disability, with 7 people living there at the time of assessment. The CQC rated the home Outstanding overall, a significant improvement from its previous Requires Improvement rating, having resolved earlier breaches around safe care, dignity and governance.

Inspectors found exceptional support, with staff described as kind, committed and skilled at helping people gain independence and control over their lives. People were safe, well cared for, and supported to pursue interests and achieve personal goals. Management had strong oversight, and residents spoke positively about their experience living there.
