People and their relatives speak positively about the care they receive. One relative commented that Cranwell Court is exactly the right service for their family member, praising the registered manager and staff team for doing a fantastic job. Staff demonstrate good knowledge of safeguarding and how to keep people safe from abuse, with risks to residents assessed and mitigated wherever practicable.
