Park View

Park View is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to autistic people and people with a learning disability, supporting up to four people across a main house and self-contained annex. The CQC rated the service Requires Improvement overall. Inspectors found that improvements had been made to safe care, medicines and consent, but the home remained in breach of regulations relating to good governance, with quality monitoring systems not yet fully embedded and safeguarding processes inconsistent.

Relatives described staff as caring, consistent and communicative, saying they felt reassured their family members were safe and well supported. Medicines and infection control were managed safely, and people were supported to access healthcare and enjoy activities reflecting their preferences.
