Cherry Trees

Cherry Trees provides personal care to up to 9 people with learning disabilities and autistic people. At the time of inspection, 7 people were using the service. Although the service is larger than typically considered ideal for person-centred care, staff supported people to pursue their interests and maintain choice and control over their lives.

People had individualised plans in place to guide staff on how to support them during times of anxiety or distress, and staff used the least restrictive approaches in their best interests.
