Park View Care Centre

Park View Care Centre is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 88 people aged 18 and over, including those living with dementia or requiring complex nursing care. At inspection, 58 people were using the service.

People and relatives reported that the service had improved since the last inspection and felt safe at the home. A new manager had been employed and the provider increased their oversight, identifying and working to address shortfalls within the service. However, these improvement efforts had not always been successful, and potential risks to people's health and welfare remained unresolved.
