Montfort Manor

Montfort Manor provides personal and nursing care to 47 residents aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 68 people across three separate floors. One floor specialises in dementia care while another focuses on nursing needs, each with its own facilities.

However, inspectors found that residents did not always receive person-centred activities tailored to their individual preferences. Staff had not consistently used information about people's likes and interests when planning activities. Despite the service having excellent outdoor facilities, residents living with dementia were observed not having regular access to the garden or outdoor spaces.
