Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, residents were consulted and kept informed about decisions affecting them. Person-centred care plans and risk assessments were in place, with proper consent sought for testing and vaccinations. People were given choices about whether they wished to remain as one household or split into smaller bubbles, demonstrating a commitment to respecting individual preferences during challenging circumstances.
