About Parade Rest Home
Parade Rest Home provides residential care for up to 14 older people, younger adults, and those with sensory impairments, physical disabilities or dementia. At inspection, 12 people were using the service.
Inspectors found that some care plans lacked sufficient information to guide staff on residents' health and behavioural support needs. Staff were also unaware of the purposes of some prescribed medicines. The service provided personal protective equipment to staff to help protect both residents and staff from infection spread.
