Langdales

Langdales provides personal care to up to 25 older people, many living with dementia, across two floors with lift access. At inspection, 17 people were using the service.

Residents felt safe and reported that staff responded quickly to their needs. The home completes checks on prospective staff to ensure suitability when working with vulnerable people. Risk assessments are carried out to minimise harm, and staff understand the support each person requires. Medicines are managed safely, and people are supported to have maximum choice and control in their daily lives.
