A new registered manager has created an open and transparent culture that contributes to staff satisfaction. Staff reported that the measures introduced have improved the service and raised morale. Staff have opportunities to raise concerns and discuss issues with the manager, with one staff member describing how "the manager's office door is always open, she is always ready to listen.
