Cumnor Hill House is a purpose-built residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 75 people across three floors, each with separate adapted facilities. One wing specialises in care for people living with dementia. At inspection, 55 people were using the service.
People felt safe living at the home, and staff knew how to identify and report concerns. Staffing levels had improved, with the home using less agency staff and deploying sufficient staff to meet residents' needs.
