People receive safe care from skilled and knowledgeable staff who know how to identify and report concerns. The provider maintains safe recruitment and selection processes that reflect their values. Risks to people's safety and well-being are managed through formal risk management processes, and sufficient staff are deployed to meet residents' needs.

Medicines are managed safely.
