Iffley Residential and Nursing Home

Iffley Residential and Nursing Home provides accommodation, personal and nursing care for people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. The service accommodates up to 76 people across three floors, with 72 residents at the time of inspection. People remain safe at the service, with staff trained to protect them from harm and risks properly assessed and recorded. There are enough suitably trained staff to maintain safety, and people receive their medicines safely and as prescribed.

Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible, respecting their best interests. Residents have access to health care services when needed and speak positively about the food provided, with their nutritional needs being met. Staff are caring, compassionate and respectful in their approach to care.
